I recently participated in an interview with Doyle, The former guitarist for The Misfits and Current one for Gorgeous Frankenstein. Hey Doyle, thanks for doing this interview.

We got alot of questions from your fans and Gorgeous Frankenstein Street Teamers.

Let's start with some questions about your career with The Misfits before we'll pass over to your new band GORGEOUS FRANKENSTEIN!

CG: You joined The Misfits in October 1980 at the age of 16.
How did you get started in the business of music?

DOYLE: duh next

CG: Who were your major influences back in the day and who are your current influences?

DOYLE: elvis,misfits,and today...I dont know

CG: After the brief stint with The Misfits in WCW would you ever consider going back into professional wrestling to such a large scale?(WWE/TNA for example)

DOYLE: nope

CG: A Misfits demo version of "Dig Up Her Bones" leaked on the internet.
Can you tell us who's the vocalist and when this demo was recorded?

DOYLE: I don't know.

CG: Alot of Misfits songs are about horror movies! What is your favourite horror movie?

DOYLE: King Kong

CG: Why did you leave the Misfits and will you ever perform on stage with them again?

DOYLE: just look it only if Glenn sings


CG: How has your life changed since leaving The Misfits?

DOYLE: It hasn't.

CG: Having been at the forefront of punk/horror for the last 30 or so years, how does the genre compare itself not only to its original "golden age" but also within modern music today and why has it been survived?

DOYLE: It never lived hahaha

CG: Now let's talk about your new band GORGEOUS FRANKENSTEIN!
What prompted the Idea of forming this band?

DOYLE: strippers


CG: How was your 1st headlining tour with Gorgeous Frankenstein for you?

DOYLE: sucked


CG: What is it like working with another former Misfit, Dr.
Chud?

DOYLE: fun


CG: Can you tell us something about your new album? Is there any release date or a deadline as of now and will it be more punk or metal?

DOYLE: no it is what it is :)

CG: Your guitar sound has always been a defining factor of who you are as a guitarist as well as a huge statement for the bands you have been a part of.
What do you feel is the secret to creating such a memorable and recognizable sound?

DOYLE: Everyone has there own sound if everyone had the same guitar and amp everyone would still sound different.

CG: You have released your own guitar production line and a hot sauce called DOYLE'S "MADE IN HELL".

Of all the guitar companies in the world, what was it about October Guitars that compelled you to finally release a full production line of the Annihilator guitar and Devilwing bass?

DOYLE: because they wanted to



CG: In your opinion, what does your hot sauce taste at it's absolute finest alongside?

DOYLE: on eggs :)



CG: Do you have any plans to release any new Merchandise besides your Guitar line and Made In Hell Hot Sauce?

DOYLE: yep working on new things

CG: Do you plan on touring with Danzig again anytime soon?

DOYLE: I hope so!


CG: What are your future plans for Gorgeous Frankenstein?

DOYLE: working on the new record and touring, writting kick ass songs

CG: Ok, here are 2 random questions for you!
How are you doing your devilock?

DOYLE: well iam not combing it over hahahaha ky jelly

CG: What do you do to keep in such good shape?

DOYLE: work out alot

He put about as much effort into that interview as he does his guitar playing. Yo Doyle, maybe you aren't paying attention but your career isn't exactly at a high point right now bruh. If someone's still paying enough attention to your career to want an interview, maybe take a second out of lifting and looking cool onstage and oblige them with a halfway-decent one. Both of the Caiafa bros are talentless hacks coasting on three-decade old reputations built around Glenn's songs, but at least Jerry has the decency to come across like he's excited that people still know who he is.
