New York pop-punk band Bayside released their fourth album last Tuesday. "Shudder" is the name and this time around, Bayside has a more punk feel to their new tracks. The harmonies and melancholic lyrics are presented with an anthemic structure, giving the listener a poppy feel to the bands painful meanings. Overall, being a fan of Bayside for the past five years I have always loved their sound but the growth they have encountered since their 2007 release is something everyone should hear. I highly recommend picking this one up. You can get the album, a live CD entitled "Live at the Bayside Club" and exclusive hoodie for $35 through there labels website here or you can pick it up at your local Best Buy for $9.99. Also Bayside is currently on tour and playing at the Glasshouse on Wednesday, October 22nd. Tickets are being sold at the glass house record store for the very low price of $15.
