Oceana, an up and coming expiremental hardcore band from Florida who released their debut album, "The Tide" in 2008 has just finished recording their latest release. Their second full length is titled "Birth Eater" and features their new frontman, Brennan Taulbee. From listening to the tracks already released from "Birth Eater" it is safe to say that Oceana is taking strides in the right direction. In a scene littered with bands ripping off one another's sound to try and make it big by riding the fame of others, it is refreshing to hear a band take a well known sound and make it there own.
