One of the most influential bands in the early Emo scene is reuniting for a show in Southern California. The Get-Up Kids were an early 90's Indie/Emo band from Missouri that heavily influenced the modern Emo sound. In celebration of the anniversary of their most famous release "Something To Write Home About", they will be playing as one of the headlining acts at Southern California's Bamboozle Left music festival. The Bamboozle Left is a yearly two-day festival that features live music from many different artists including Taking Back Sunday, Fall Out Boy, The Used and many more.
